Appointment at the Consulate

Application by Mail

Please note that processing applications by mail typically takes longer than in-person submissions. If your request is urgent, we strongly recommend visiting the Consulate directly.
Processing Time

For Regular processing, you can get the documents within seven (7) working days from the date of application provided that all documents submitted are complete and authentic. The document will be delivered via JP Post.
