Upang masiguro ang maagap at mahusay na pagbibigay ng consular services ng Konsulado, nais ipaalala sa publiko ang mga sumusunod na alituntunin o guidelines kapag magpapadala ng bayad gamit ang Genkin Kakitome envelope:
- Sagutan ang Genkin Kakitome payment detail slip at ilakip ito sa loob ng envelope kasama ng mga dokumentong ipapadala sa Konsulado at ang inyong bayad. Dapat nakalagay sa payment detail slip ang pangalan, address at contact number ng aplikante / mga aplikante at ng taong nagpapadala ng bayad. Ilagay din ang consular service na ina-aplayan. Ang payment detail slip ay maaaring ma-download dito.
- Siguraduhin na ang perang ipapadala ay ang wastong halaga lamang ng bayad na kailangan para sa ina-aplyang consular service;

To facilitate the efficient delivery of consular services, the Philippine Consulate General in Osaka would like to reiterate to the public the following reminders when sending payments by Genkin Kakitome envelope:
- Please fill up and enclose the Genkin Kakitome payment detail slip inside the envelope together with the documents to be sent to the Consulate and your payment. The slip should contain the name and contact details of the applicant/s and the person sending the payment and the consular service being requested. - Please make sure to enclose the exact amount of the payment needed for the requested consular service. No more no less.
