A visa-required foreign national traveling to another country and transiting via the Philippines is required to secure a 9(b) transit visa. Transit period is limited to seventy-two (72) hours or three (3) days in the Philippines.

1. Duly accomplished Non-Immigrant Visa Form
2. Original and one (1) photocopy of passport data page valid for at least six (6) months when transiting in the Philippines
3. Valid visa for the final country of destination (if required)
4. Duly accomplished Personal History Form
5. Duly accomplished Visa Undertaking Form 
6. Confirmed onward ticket showing flight details of travel from country of origin to destination country via the Philippines
