ADMISSION TO THE PHILIPPINES
The admission of foreign nationals for entry into the Philippines is governed by the Philippine Immigration Act of 1940, along with related regulations administered and enforced by agents of the Philippine Bureau of Immigration.

The Bureau of Immigration of the Philippines is responsible for the administration of Philippine immigration laws and regulations. The Department of Foreign Affairs is responsible for the issuance of visas through Philippine diplomatic and consular Foreign Service Posts (FSPs) abroad.

REMINDERS
➱A visa does not guarantee that the foreign traveler will be admitted into the Philippines.
➱Applicant must submit his/her application at least two weeks (Single Entry) and four weeks (Multiple Entries) before their
   intended departure from Japan.
➱Please do not purchase airline ticket unless and until your visa has been approved. A temporary booking may be submitted.
➱Unruly or rude behavior may result in a visa denial.
➱Applicants must comply with all the requirements.
➱The Consulate reserves the right to require additional documents after receiving the application.
