To facilitate the efficient delivery of consular services, the Philippine Consulate General in Osaka would like to advise the public on the following guidelines when availing of consular services by mail and sending payments by Genkin Kakitome envelope:

Please enclose the following inside the Genkin Kakitome envelope:

1. The exact amount of the payment needed for the requested consular service;
2. Accomplished application forms and all required supporting documents
3. A payment detail slip containing the following important information:
   1. Consular service being requested (examples: Report of Birth , Report of Marriage, LCCM, Visa)
   2. Name of applicant/s
   3. Address, contact number and email address of the applicant/s
   4. Name of person sending the payment 
   5. Contact number and email address of the person sending the payment 
   6. Amount being sent

Upang masiguro ang maagap at mahusay na pagbibigay ng consular services ng Konsulado, nais ipabatid sa publiko ng Philippine Consulate General sa Osaka ang sumusunod na alituntunin o guidelines kapag maga-apply ng consular services gamit ang koreo o mail, kasabay ang pagpapadala ng bayad gamit ang Genkin Kakitome envelope:

Paki lakip ang mga sumusunod sa loob ng Genking Kakitome envelope:

1. Ang wastong halaga ng bayad na kailangan para sa ina-aplyang consular service;
2. Nasagutang application forms at lahat ng kinakailangang supporting documents;
3. Payment detail slip na naglalaman ng sumusunod na importanteng impormasyon:
   1. Consular service na ina-aplayan (halimbawa: Report of Birth, Report of Marriage, LCCM, Visa)
   2. Pangalan ng aplikante / mga aplikante
   3. Address, contact number, at email address ng aplikante / mga aplikante
   4. Pangalan ng taong nagpapadala ng bayad
   5. Contact number at email address ng taong nagpapadala ng bayad
   6. Halaga ng bayad na ipapadala / nakalakip sa Genking Kakitome envelope
