The Consulate will inform the applicant via his/her registered email address in the application form of the status or results of the evaluation. Visa applications requiring clearance and approval from the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) in Manila may take fourteen to twenty working days (Single Entry) and forty-five to fifty working days (Multiple Entries). Some visa categories may require a longer period of evaluation and approval from the DFA. We will not accept walk-in applicants / no email confirmation at the Consulate. |

Once the documents submitted via email for preliminary evaluation are determined to be complete and in order, the applicant may submit the requirements in person or by mail (VISA APPLICATION SUBMISSION). Please note that applicants may still be required to appear for an interview at the discretion of the Visa Officer. |
TRANSIT VISA / 9(B)
A visa-required foreign national traveling to another country and transiting via the Philippines is required to secure a 9(b) transit visa. Transit period is limited to seventy-two (72) hours or three (3) days in the Philippines. |

Simula 19 March 2024 maari nang mag order online ng PSA e-certificates para sa birth, marriage, at certificate of no marriage (CENOMAR) ng may e-Apostilles.
Tatangapin ng Konsuladong Panlahat ng Pilipinas sa Osaka ang PSA e-certificates na may e-Apostille para sa mga konsular na serbisyong nangangailangan nito, tulad ng -
Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage (LCCM), Marriage License, Report of Marriage, Report of Birth, at Passport Application.
Ang Pilipinas ang kauna-unahang bansa sa ASEAN na naging miyembro ng Apostille Convention at pangatlo sa Asyang magpatupad ng e-Apostille.
